Job Summary:

As our Finance Analyst you will play a critical role in providing financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data from various sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.


• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis, key performance indicators, and management reports.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, marketing, and sales, to understand business drivers and provide financial analysis and recommendations and conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.


• Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify potential impacts on financial performance and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal control procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.


• ICAN is preferred.


• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).

Salary:

• N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
