REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.


• Master's degree and relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.


• 5+ years Of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or a similar role preferably in a finance or accounting


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL„ and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power 81).


• Experience with financial modelling, forecasting, and variance analysis.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.


• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team


• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. , SAP, Oracle) and programming languages (e.g., python, R) is a plus.


• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts and insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.


• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.


• Strong organizational skills with the abiuty to manage muntiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
