Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Research Associate at Xcene Research in Lagos.


• The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for protocol development, monitoring of clinical trials, clinical operations, and research.


• The role will also involve various tasks related to site start-up, project management, IRB submission, patient recruitment, regulatory development, central laboratory services, clinical supplies, quality and compliance, medical and safety management, ECG services, consulting, and partnering.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research and clinical trial operations


• Knowledge of protocols and clinical research processes


• Strong research and analytical skills


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in relevant software and tools


• Experience in the field of oncology, neurology, hematology, or cardiovascular research is a plus


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, pharmacy, etc.)


• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Clinical Research Associate) are beneficial
