Job Summary

• As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing financial activities, ensuring accuracy, and compliance, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess a first degree in accounting, be ICAN or ACCA certified, and demonstrate expertise in financial modelling, financial planning, reporting, financial analysis, financial advisory, account receivables, and other key accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support decision-making.


• Creating and maintaining financial models for forecasting and budgeting.


• Overseeing account receivables and ensuring timely collections.


• Generating and analyzing financial reports for management review.


• Providing financial advisory services to support business growth and profitability.


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.


• Minimum of 3 years experience in the field. Telecoms industry experience is an added advantage.


• ICAN or ACCA certification is required.


• Proven experience in financial modeling, planning, and reporting.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and practices.


• Proficiency in relevant accounting software.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
