Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tech Product Growth Manager to lead our business development efforts and drive growth in our company.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tech products marketing, sales and strategy development/deployment, coupled with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in developing successful business strategies.
- Additionally, this role will involve the alignment of creative media and digital/AI marketing team's strategy with the company's business goals and overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the Tech ecosystem.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to strengthen the company's position in the market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Client
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized tech based solutions that address their specific challenges and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage the business development team, providing direction, guidance, and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development and growth.
Media and Digital Marketing Alignment:
- Collaborate with the media and digital marketing team to align their strategy with the company's business goals and overall strategy.
- Provide guidance and direction to ensure that marketing initiatives are effectively integrated with business development efforts.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives that support the company's long-term growth objectives.
- Identify and prioritize key areas of focus and investment to drive business success and achieve competitive advantage.
- Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in tech product sales, SAAS, tech sales engineering, bank, etc.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools is an asset.
