Key Objectives


Tech Strategy and Operations



  • Develop and execute the organization's Technology strategy in line with business objectives.

  • Support, Manage and lead the Technology, providing guidance and support in the development and implementation of technology solutions.

  • Develop and maintain the Tech budget, ensuring that it is aligned with business objectives and is cost-effective.

  • Identify and evaluate new technology solutions tenhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop and implement security measures tprotect the organization's technology infrastructure.

  • Ensure that all technology systems and processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and implement incident management framework, disaster recovery and business continuity plan in area of purview.

  • Communicate Technology policies and procedures tstaff, ensuring that they are understood and followed.

  • Manage relationships with OEMs, clients and service providers, ensuring that contracts are in place and service levels are met.

  • Provide regular reports tmanagement on the performance of the Technology department.

  • Provide thought leadership on security solutions and direction of focus/investment for the company and its customers.

  • Develop solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

  • Demonstrate the ability tdevelop solutions taddress our customer’s business challenges especially in banking and other financial institutions.

  • Provide technical thought leadership in overall security solutions development and clients’ relationship.

  • Drive the development of standards, and processes tensure optimal protection of cloud based and on-premises company assets.

  • Perform proof of concepts for Technology solutions.

  • Work alongside relevant team thelp define and shape the product and service strategy.

  • Understand client business needs through excellent communication and relationship management.

  • Present strategies and solutions tManagement/customers/partners.

  • Collaborate with relevant OEMs and Partners and identify area of partnership, continuously update knowledge and skills through certifications and training.

  • Develop and maintain the company In-house Tech security infrastructure plan.


Leadership and Development



  • Recruit, train, and mentor Tech team tbuild a high-performing team.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

  • Provide coaching and performance feedback tteam members.


Experience and Development



  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 7+ years’ experience in either banking or/and Telecommunications industry. Previous/current supervisory role recommended.

  • Broad knowledge and experience in Architecture design and Implementation, Endpoint Security, private and public Cloud Virtual Security etc.

  • Experience in software development, including Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, Lean Six Sigma etc.

  • Deep understanding and experience in ITIL frameworks and life cycles
