Job Overview

• Our client in supply chain sector is currently seeking an experienced finance and account lead professional looking for a leadership role in a dynamic supply chain environment.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations within the company.


• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.


• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards.


• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.


• Coordinate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making.


• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team to achieve departmental goals.


• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as required.


• Qualified candidates will begin their new role on June 15th.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounts, specifically within a supply chain environment.


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.


• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.


• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Willingness to relocate to Ado Ekiti, if necessary.
