  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial & Industrial Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities with commercial and industrial customers.

  • You will be a key player in driving revenue growth and expanding our market share within the C&I sales space.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities



  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify and qualify potential commercial and industrial customers within assigned territories.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including needs analysis, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.

  • Product Expertise: Gain deep understanding of our product portfolio, including technical specifications, applications, and competitive advantages.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within commercial and industrial accounts.

  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

  • Reporting & Forecasting: Accurately track sales performance, forecast future revenue, and provide insights for strategic planning.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in the commercial and industrial sector.

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical solutions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
