Position Overview:

• We are seeking a talented and experienced ICT Specialist with a passion for photography and graphics design to join our team.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and contributing to the design and development of digital assets for our marketing and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside with the ICT Manager to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems.


• Provide technical support to various departments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.


• Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.


• Collaborate with the social media team to create visually appealing digital assets, including graphics, images, and videos, for use in promotional materials, social media, and other marketing channels.


• Capture high-quality photographs of our products, facilities, and events to support marketing and branding initiatives.


• Edit and retouch photographs and graphics to enhance their visual appeal and align with brand guidelines.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT, photography, and graphics design, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our digital presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Proven experience working in IT support or a similar role, with a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.


• Proficiency in photography and graphics design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Lightroom, and/or similar tools.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for creating visually appealing digital content.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
