Minimum of a first degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a reputable University. ICAN Certification preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the financial services sector (strictly Microfinance Banks), with at least 6 years in a senior level role in a structured organization.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the bank's strategic goals and objectives.
Conduct financial forecasting and analysis to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital requirements to ensure financial stability.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, and coordinate audits and regulatory examinations.
