  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Ouranos Technologies.

  • As a Technical Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts, building relationships with clients, and promoting our cutting-edge technology solutions.


Responsibilities



  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the technology industry.

  • Successfully develop distinct value propositions for the client that provide genuine benefits and generate profits for both Ouranos and the clients.

  • Continuously review the Sales dashboard (Hit Rate, Call Rate, Cover Ratio) vs. Ouranos’ requirements.

  • Actively involved in effective relationship building with key clients and suppliers

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand and articulate the features and benefits of our products and services.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in technical sales within the ICT industry.

  • The need to understand market trends and general trends within the ICT industry.

  • Strong understanding of technical products and solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Sales experience in the ICT space will be an added advantage.
