Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. ACCA, ACA or CFA certification is highly desirable.


• 5 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.


• Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.


• Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on team development and mentorship.


• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting software.


• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
