Job Description
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in preparing accounts of MBO Capital Management Limited and its portfolio companies.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial control and procedures.
- Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
- Assist in the implementation of financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
- Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
- Assist in the development of budgets and financial plans for the company.
- Perform periodic account and bank reconciliation
COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated competencies and knowledge in Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, financial modelling, Taxation.
- Strong understanding of IFRS
- Experience in dealing with internal and external auditors.
- Strong Analytical skills
- General accounting principles
- Proficient use of Accounting software
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
