Responsibilities:

• Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs.


• Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement.


• Perform research and analysis in support of operations.


• Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data.


• Estimate the costs and benefits of multiple actions or solutions and provide recommendations.


• May perform additional projects upon request.


• Conduct thorough financial analysis and prepare detailed reports on financial


• performance, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting.


• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.


• Collaborate with various departments to develop and manage annual budgets.


• Prepare financial forecasts and projections to support strategic planning.


• Identify potential risks and opportunities affecting financial performance.


• Maintain and update financial models and databases.


• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.


• Implement best practices for data management and financial reporting.


• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.


• Assist in evaluating business initiatives and projects, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments.


• Support the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve company objectives.


• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.


• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.


• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.


• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Finance Analyst or a similar role.


• Intermediate- or final-level ICAN certification.


• Experience with Microsoft Office and data analytics.


•  Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).


• Good written and verbal communication skills.


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
