Key Responsibilities:



  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to keep management in the loop about the company's financial standing.

  • Receivables and Payables Management: Oversee invoice generation, as well as the timely collection of payments and fulfilment of payables, to maintain a balanced cash flow.

  • Budget Planning and Control: Take an active role in developing and managing the annual budget, ensuring the effective allocation of resources.

  • Accounts Management: Perform reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions, including those related to customer subscriptions.

  • Compliance and Auditing: Keep us in line with financial laws and regulations, ensuring that all transactions, big or small, are compliant.

  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and report on operational expenses, flagging any trends that require attention.

  • Payroll and Benefits: Administer monthly payroll and manage employee benefits with the utmost accuracy.

  • Customer Financial Support: Work closely with customer service to manage financial queries, including matters related to subscription renewals and invoice clarifications.

What You Should Have:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of professional finance experience.

  • Well-versed in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality.

  • Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with different departments.

  • Self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously.
