Accountabilities



  • Daily Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of bank collections and wallet activity to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.

  • Settlement Processing: Process daily settlements to partners by established procedures and timelines.

  • Exception Handling: Identify, report, and address exceptions in settlement processes promptly, providing detailed reports to the team and relevant stakeholders.

  • Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with customer support and affected business partners to report and resolve disputed transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive partner relationships.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze weekly dispute and chargeback reports to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Commission and Fee Reporting: Compile and analyze monthly commission and fee reports to accurately reflect financial performance and obligations.

  • Compliance and Controls: Maintain compliance with accounting controls by adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management to support the finance and operations team.


Requirements



  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in demonstrable experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other analytical tools (Knowledge of Power BI is considered an added advantage).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with B2B billing processes and payment systems is preferred.

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
