Responsibilities

• Responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems.


• Repair faulty air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and Plant


• Troubleshoot air conditioning/refrigeration equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on equipment. Complete logs detailing works carried out inclusive of parts utilised.


• Make recommendations to replace equipment, if the expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacement cost.


• Perform regular cleaning of all air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, inclusive of vents.


• Create and maintain an ongoing inventory showing the number of air conditioning units, and other refrigeration equipment and their location.


• Repairs faulty refrigeration and air conditioning systems and other electronic equipment such as washing machines, dryers,


• Requisition for materials required for the smooth operation of the refrigeration and air conditioning


• Responsible for the verification of refrigeration and air conditioning spares purchased/supplied and ensuring that they are securely stored on the company’s premises.


• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management


• Diagnose and resolve/correct faults.


• Install, maintain and service air conditioning and refrigeration units/systems

Qualifications

• OND / HND in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning


• 05 - 07 years


• Ability to solve simple and complex electronic faults.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills


• Required to work irregular hours and/or weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lagos: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• AC maintenance: 5 years (Required).
