Key Objectives
As a Technical Project Manager your primary responsibilities are as follows:
- Contribute to Project Planning
- Be responsible for any relationship management that is essential to the success of assigned projects.
- Manage Projects, providing support by handling some of the operational aspects of a project. This would include coordinating with stakeholders and consultants, conducting internal meetings, and streamlining the overall workflow.
- Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status Anchoring 360 project reporting
- Training and capacity building as maybe required.
- Evaluate, monitor and track project progress.
- Create and maintain project documentation and repository.
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate products/solutions.
- Work with developers to deliver well-architected products/solutions.
- Test products to ensure it meets customers’ needs
- Ensure optimum work performance of members of your team
- Provide performance reports as required
- Execute other responsibilities/task as may be assigned to you by the HOD/Management
Experience and Development
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years’ experience in either banking or/and Telecommunications industry.
- Broad knowledge and experience in Tech Project Management, Architecture design and Implementation, Endpoint Security, private and public Cloud Virtual Security etc.
- Knowledge in software development, including Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, Lean Six Sigma etc.
- Understanding and experience in ITIL frameworks and life cycles
