The Pharmaceutical Care Manager will be responsible for:

• Guiding patients in their medication needs and providing professional advice to enhance their care.


• Building and maintaining relationships with patients as a primary contact.


• Coordinating medication requests and ensuring timely delivery.


• Monitoring patient satisfaction and addressing any issues.


• Following up regularly with patients to address concerns and providing updates.


• Providing information on new medications and services.


• Staying informed about current pharmaceutical products and services.

Qualifications:

• Registered healthcare professional (doctor, pharmacist, nurse, etc.).


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Patient-focused and compassionate approach.


• Ability to build and sustain long-term patient relationships.


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
