Job Details

• Monitoring and checking the Prices given to Clients and ensure Profitability- As it comes.


• Thorough checking of Request List from Factory to ensure Profitability- As it comes


• 1st Stage Approval of Payment Vouchers and Petty Cash Vouchers- Daily or as it comes


• Weekly Reports to MD- Weekly


• Checking Bank Reconciliation Statement prepared by the Assistant Accountant - Monthly


• Profit or Loss Statement- This should be done monthly to show the profitability of the organization and then advise the company rightly


• Cash Flow Statement- To be prepared on Quarterly basis.


• Balance Sheet Reporting – To be prepared on Quarterly, Bi-annually and Annually


• Trial Balance- On monthly basis


• Checking of Payroll – Monthly Basis


• Fixed Assets Process Reports – Bi-annually and annually


• Inventory Accounting Report-  Bi annually and Annually


• Financial Analysis -   Yearly


• Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Review – Monthly, 3 monthly, and Yearly


• Cost Variance Analysis Report – Monthly Basis


• Review of Payroll on monthly basis and posting it to sage- monthly


• Budgeting and Budgeting control – Yearly


• Other duties as it may be assigned from time to time
