Contract: 1-year renewable contract
Duties
- Prepare project procurement plan and procedures in accordance with IITA procurement policy.
- Develop plan for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other inventories.
- Prepare all procurement records to facilitate post-procurement reviews.
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
- Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standard.
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
- Liaise with Supply Chain unit to initiate and finalize contract agreements with the project’s service providers and partners.
- Perform any other job-related task as may be assigned by the Project Manager.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in Public or Business Administration, Accounting / Finance, or related field with a minimum of three (3) years experience performing similar role in a well-structured environment or donor funded organization.

- Have excellent communication skill (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Have good data management and administrative skills and be attentive to details.
