Job Brief

• We're seeking an experienced Procurement Officer for our logistics and supply chain team.


• The ideal candidate will have expertise in freight forwarding, inventory management, and procurement processes.


• Key responsibilities include sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement of goods and services, while optimizing costs and maintaining quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts


• Oversee procurement activities and ensure compliance


• Coordinate with logistics for freight forwarding


• Manage inventory and optimize stock levels


• Implement cost-saving strategies


• Conduct market research and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field


• At least 3 years of proven experience in procurement, freight forwarding, and inventory management within the logistics or supply chain


• Strong negotiation and communication skills


• Proficiency in using procurement software and inventory management systems.


• Analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
