Job Summary



  • We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to share in the responsibility of directing and coordinating the Sales & Marketing department.

  • The ideal candidate will drive business development activities through the research and development of sales and marketing opportunities, particularly within hospitals, clinics, and institutions, exploring new opportunities, and ensuring the successful achievement of our business targets.


Key Responsibilities



  • Responsible for the direction and coordination of the Sales & Marketing Unit ensuring alignment with business development goals.

  • Research and develop marketing opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and institutions to expand the company’s client base and business reach.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that target key healthcare institutions and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and institutional buyers.

  • Lead initiatives that drive sales revenue and increase market share within the healthcare sector, focusing on pharmaceutical products.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and client needs to propose innovative marketing strategies and solutions.

  • Promote our brands at conferences and major industry-related events.


Key Requirements



  • B.Pharm or B.Sc. in Life Sciences or related courses; (MBA is an added advantage)

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing or healthcare industry

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies and campaigns

  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory guidelines, market dynamics, and competitive landscape

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and market research to make informed decisions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and communicate complex concepts

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals

  • Proficiency in sales and marketing software and tools, as well as digital marketing platforms

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong attention to details, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
