Responsibilities

• Pricing of tender documents, and preparing proposals and quotations.


• Develop engineering designs and conduct site inspections.


• Collect supporting documents for tender submissions.


• Oversee and manage bid compilation, coordination, and packaging.


• Design and create Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for functional systems, applying value engineering as necessary.


• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant and targeted Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).


• Review and ensure commercial competitiveness on a quarterly basis.


• Create and update designs that align with manufacturing, technical, and customer specifications.


• Collaborate closely with the sales team across the three Strategic Business Units (SBUs).


• Prepare and manage the Engineering and Commercial Management Information System (MIS).


• Monitor, manage, and take ownership of assigned customers, responding to client emails and addressing their requests.
