Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager at Tsebo Rapid Nigeria Limited located in Lagos. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of facilities, managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing strategies to optimize facility operations and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field with 3-5 years experience in Facilities management, building maintenance, and operations management skills


• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements


• Experience in managing staff and contractors


• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines


• Certification in facilities management or related field is a plus
