Customer Service Representative job at LagosButcher entails daily administrative tasks including responding to customer inquiries, booking orders, and promoting products on social media platforms. You will also resolve customer complaints, ensure accurate order processing, and coordinate with dispatch riders for smooth delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to optimize efforts, achieve sales targets, and expand the customer base.

Your key focus will be on providing exceptional sales service, developing strong business relationships, and growing the clientele base through excellent customer satisfaction. You will also update the customer database weekly and contribute to achieving sales targets.

This job role plays a vital role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our customers, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clientele base.

Requirements:

• Reside within SURULERE, LAGOS & immediate environs


• Must be ready to resume work IMMEDIATELY


• Polite, patient & MUST possess social media content-creation skills


• Must be a team player with excellent written & spoken communication


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & prioritize tasks effectively


• Computer literate with basic math skills and accuracy with orders taking and documentation
