Education/Professional Qualification:



  • BA or BSC in Business Management or a related discipline

  • Relevant postgraduate and/or professional qualification would be an added advantage.

  • Professional qualification in Project Management etc., will be an added advantage.


Experience:



  • Must possess a minimum of 3 years of work experience in Growth Marketing, User Acquisition Marketing, or Sales.

  • Familiarity with acquisition analysis, A/B testing, and ad fraud detection.

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Proven track record of successful growth campaigns.

  • Expertise with SEO, paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and analytical tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics, Google Trends.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of mobile performance marketing, trends, and best practices.

  • Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting.


Key Skills & Competencies Requirements:


Functional/Technical:



  • Leverage analytic tools (Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends) during market research to find ways to enhance the companys marketing efforts.

  • Proficiency in various digital marketing channels such as social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.

  • Understanding of the strengths and limitations of each channel and the ability to develop integrated marketing strategies that leverage multiple channels for maximum impact.

  • Manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

  • Analyze the performance of different marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, paid advertising) in terms of reach, engagement, and conversion.

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
