Job Description

• We are looking for a Maintenance Executive to join their team to manage and control maintenance activities in the company.

Responsibilities

Principal Responsibilities:

• The Maintenance Head is responsible for managing and controlling maintenance activities to ensure optimal productivity, safety, and efficiency.


• This role oversees and supervises maintenance staff, conducts routine maintenance and safety checks, and plans and implements preventive maintenance schedules.

Core Responsibilities:

Managerial:

• Manage and control maintenance activities


• Oversee and supervise maintenance staff for optimal productivity


• Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks


• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules


• Manage and control spare parts stock


• Ensure familiarity with safety standards and regulations


• Minimize machine downtime


• Maintain accurate and timely maintenance records.

Technical:

• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards


• Conduct training for technicians on safety


• Ensure safe use of equipment


• Collaborate with production team to rectify machine faults and minimize downtime


• Perform root-cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree (Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic)


• 4 - 6 years' hands on experience in Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding and Extrusion Maintenance & Trouble shootings.


• 2 - 3 years of work experience of Managerial Level.

• Able to work well with others.


• Able to read and write report and good verbal communication skills.


• Able to learn about the machines, products, and processes quickly.
