Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and professional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner


• Assist customers in selecting mobile phones that meet their needs, providing detailed product information and advice


• Process sales transactions, create sales invoices, and manage customer information


• Provide after-sales support, resolving customer issues and concerns


• Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular sales reports


• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical specifications to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher education


• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patience and professionalism


• Proficiency in office software and CRM systems
