Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, excellent leadership skills, and a strong ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Job Details

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Work with stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.


• Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, including team members, budget, and materials. Ensure the project has the necessary resources and support.


• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.


• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Communicate project status, issues, and changes effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.


• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met. Provide regular budget updates to stakeholders.


• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Implement quality control processes and conduct regular reviews.


• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible.


• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance future project management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is an added advantage.


• Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive project management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.


• Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-value projects with cross-functional teams.


• Proven track record of successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.


• Experience in [specific industry relevant to the company, e.g., IT, construction, healthcare] is highly desirable.
