1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, software development, engineering


2. Proven experience as a PHP Developer or similar role of at least 3years


3. Knowledge of Laravel frameworks amongst others available for it

ROLE DESCRIPTION

1. Develop and maintain server-side applications using the Laravel framework


2. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code


3. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic


4. Design and implement RESTful APIs to support front-end services


5. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability


6. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance


7. Implement security and data protection measures


8. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation


9. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes

QUALIFICATIONS:  

1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, software development, engineering


2. Proven experience as a PHP Developer with expertise in the Laravel framework of at least 3years


3. Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel ecosystem


4. Understanding of MVC design patterns


5. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript


6. Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL


7. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)


8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


9. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities


10. General understanding of infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines and the willingness to learn more


11. Basic experience with AWS platform or Heroku
