Support the legal team to ensure the team's documents are well-managed, secure, and easily accessible, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team's operations.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support in the management of the team's archiving process.
Ensuring that archived documents are stored securely and can be retrieved if necessary.
Ensuring all documents are properly labeled and indexed for easy retrieval.
Categorizing and filing documents in a systematic and accessible manner.
Creating and maintaining an organized filing system, both physical and digital.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:
Proficiency in both written and verbal communication to effectively interact with team members.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and case files efficiently.
Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Eagerness to take initiative, show enthusiasm for learning, and contribute to the team's success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Law with at least (1-2 years).
