Job Description

• As an experienced and dedicated Printing Machine Foreman, you will oversee the daily operations of the offset printing machine section, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of printed materials.


• The foreman will be responsible for coordinating workflow, managing inventory, and implementing improvements to enhance production efficiency.


• Also, strong leadership, technical expertise, and attention to detail are essential for this role to meet production goals and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5- 10 years of experience in the printing industry, with hands-on experience in operating printing machinery.


• BSC/HND or equivalent; a degree in printing technology or a related field is a plus.


• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.


•  In-depth knowledge of various printing techniques and equipment.


•  Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.


•  Good communication and interpersonal skills.


•  Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
