Key Responsibilities:



  • Client Management & Creative Scoping: Work with client accounts, scope their needs and requirements, and support in delivering creative and branding services to ensure alignment with their business objectives.

  • Proposal, Quotes & Order Writing: Work alongside the internal team to put together pricing proposals/quotes for clients based on service scope.

  • Creative Problem Solving: Suggest creative ideas and solutions to address client business challenges and enhance brand positioning.

  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to client expectations.

  • Client-Facing Role: Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and managing all aspects of client services.

  • Data Entry Skills: Accurate and efficient data entry capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to handle large volumes of information.


What Success Looks Like:



  • Client Satisfaction: Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and successful project delivery.

  • Effective Proposal Writing: Collaborating with the internal team to translate needs into effective and clear pricing proposals.

  • Creative Solutions: Successfully discuss creative ideas with the client that solve business challenges and enhance brand value.

  • Timely Delivery: Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet or exceed client expectations.


Qualifications:



  • Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a strong background in creative branding and design.

  • Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva, with a keen eye for branding and visual aesthetics.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write proposals and build rapport with clients.

  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

  • Creative Mindset: Self-motivated, creative, and independent, with a passion for branding and innovation.

  • Remote Work Proficiency: Capable of working effectively in a remote setting, with strong collaboration skills.
