Position Overview:



  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple marketing projects for our client’s diverse portfolio of SMB clients.

  • You will be responsible for managing client expectations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the timely and effective delivery of projects.

  • This role is perfect for a proactive and organized professional who thrives in a remote work environment and is comfortable navigating digital project management tools.


Responsibilities:



  • Oversee and manage multiple marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.

  • Collaborate with various internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline project processes and improve efficiency.

  • Utilize project management tools such as AI Table, Notion, Air Table, or Teamwork to track progress, assign tasks, and maintain clear project documentation.

  • Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, addressing any potential risks or challenges proactively.

  • Ensure that all project goals align with the company’s cost-effective, results-oriented approach.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to maintain high levels of collaboration and communication.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, ideally within a digital marketing or creative agency environment.

  • Proficiency in at least two of the following tools: Notion, AI Table, Air Table, Teamwork. (Familiarity with AI Table is highly advantageous.)

  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining a focus on achieving results.
