Responsibilities



  • Creating and implementing a business plan for an identified target market.

  • Sourcing for potential new high-end clients.

  • Engaging prospective customers to invest in our financial products.

  • Maintaining old and current deposit customers

  • Informing and updating clients on deposit status.

  • Ensuring the application for a fixed deposit account is correctly filled out and registered.

  • Creating and enhancing new methods for rewarding interest to depositors.

  • Developing and implementing innovative, alluring value-added deposit products with the team to increase deposit mobilization, deposit retention, and withdrawal attrition.

  • Participating in creating cutting-edge savings products that address customer needs.

  • Developing and improving on novel strategies for paying interest on time and fixed deposits to depositors.

  • Ensuring all deposit products are marketed and sold.

  • Attaining the quota and targets set for deposit mobilization and other duties.

  • Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets (Deposits and Loans).

  • Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.

  • Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.

  • Attending trade shows and other industry-related events to help boost sales.

  • Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.

  • Demonstrating product features to customers.

  • Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.

  • Completing request forms and submitting them for processing.


Qualifications



  • National Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

  • Focused and goal oriented.

  • Must have the ability to manage a team.

  • Must have knowledge in statistical analysis as used in and revenue generation.

  • Must have proven ability to interact with high profile clients.

  • Applicants must be creative, proactive, have the ability to “think outside the box” and accept or create new ideas and take calculated risks on new products and process development.

  • Proven track records of previous business opportunities and minimum of one-two years of sales/banking Experience
