Job Description

• The PE Teacher is primarily responsible for teaching physical education and sportsacross the school.

Responsibilities

• Teach a range of sports and physical activities to Nursery and Primary school pupils


• Ensure that children compete to their ability level and are not exposed to risk or injuries through school sports


• Motivate pupils to take up new sports or athletic pursuits


• Source and prepare pupils for external sporting events


• Execute the school's annual Inter House to required standards


• Provideparents with comprehensive reports/updates on their children’s progress

Requirements

• At least, a First Degree in Physical Education, Human Kinetics or related field with cognate experience teaching PE to school children.


• Note that successful candidate will be required to resume immediately.
