- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, branding and participation in multiple listing services.
- Must be able to Present purchase offers to clients for consideration.
- Coordinate appointments with prospective buyers.
- Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between the company and potential clients
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
- Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- OND / HND / B.Sc / BA / B.Ed in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, similar experience in a real estate position would be an added advantage.
Other Requirements:
- Female candidates preferably for gender balance.
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Must have flare for sales

- Strong communication capabilities, written and verbal, for executive level discussion and influence, comfort and confidence interfacing with and presenting to staff and executives.
