Job Responsibilities

• Supervision of Carpentry, ironand Concrete Work


• Carry out Carpentry,Plumbling,Iron and mason work


• Cutting, shaping and dressing materials


• Lifting, carrying and placing prepared blocks/woods.


• Comply with safety regulations and quality standards


• Assist in construction projects in other various miscellaneous way


• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed.


• Assist in scaffolding and other construction structures


• Assisting in labour work around the site

Job Requirements

• Trade Test, NTC or related field.


• Physically fit to lift heavy loads and frequently climb, walk, and reach


• Ability to work safely from heights for extended periods


• Communicates and works well with others


• Flexible to deal with constantly changing circumstances


• Conscientious and diligent to meet deadlines


• Understands basic methods and principles relevant to their trade


• Proven work experience as a Mason/plumber/carpenteror similar role


• Experience working with other professionals on a construction site.
