  • A Travel Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive travel arrangements and support services to employees and other authorized individuals within our organization.

  • This role works closely with travel agencies, airlines, and other travel providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective travel arrangements.


Key Responsibilities

Booking Travel:



  • Coordinate and book all types of travel, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and ground transportation.

  • Research and recommend the most suitable travel options based on client preferences, budget, and itinerary.

  • Handle travel emergencies and make necessary adjustments to existing bookings.


Travel Policy Enforcement:



  • Ensure compliance with the organization’s travel policies and procedures.

  • Monitor travel expenses and provide reports to management.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of travel policies.


Client Service:



  • Provide exceptional customer service to travelers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

  • Build strong relationships with travelers to understand their travel needs and preferences.

Vendor Management:



  • Negotiate with travel suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
