Job Description

• The role involves Calling Customers via phone calls to recover loans. It is an in-office Role.


• Work Days: Mondays -Fridays, but in a month you are expected to work Two Saturdays and Two Sundays with days for Off which is paid as overtime.


• Age Bracket: 20-25 Years

Responsibilities

• Reviewing the company debtor list.


• Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills via phone calls.


• Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payment.


• Negotiating suitable payment plans.


• Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.


• Responding to customer queries.


• Maintaining customer payment records.


• Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.


• Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.

Requirements

• OND / HND / NCE.

Salary

• N80,0000 - N90,000 / Month (Basic Salary is N50,000 +Transport Allowance +Feeding Allowance +Overtime Pay +Commission + Performance Bonus ).


• Kindly Note that your Salary is not based on Target.


• Other Bonus Include HMO Pension.
