Accompany clients and realtors during property visits, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
Provide clients with detailed information about the properties, including their suitability, value, and unique selling points.
Assist realtors in persuading clients by effectively communicating the benefits of purchasing from Ayhomes.
Maintain detailed reports on all inspections, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Perform inspections to ensure properties meet all compliance and quality standards.
Serve as a knowledgeable representative of Ayhomes, embodying our commitment to excellence in customer service.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and realtors.
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
A professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
Knowledge of real estate markets and property valuation is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
