Mshel Homes Limited is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in the real estate industry. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to help guide our business decisions and improve our operations.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain data reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

  • Design and implement data models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

  • Conduct statistical analysis to support business decision-making.

  • Monitor and evaluate data quality and performance metrics.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the real estate industry.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with database management and data cleaning techniques.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs.
