JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled corporate lawyer to develop, execute, and structure legal documents, help counsel current employees, and provide court representation for Pephla Medical Laboratory Centre where necessary. The corporate lawyer will be responsible for employment law, contracts, and debt collection notices.

RESPONSIBILITIES (NOT LIMITED TO BUT INCLUDING)

• To advise Pephla Medical Laboratory Centre on current documents/contracts and suggestions for changes and assist with final decisions.


• To advise potential company agents on contracting questions.


• To represent Pephla Medical Laboratory Centre in fraud cases with current employees.


• To draft documents and emails with requests on behalf of the company in dealing with unpaid money or unreturned goods from deliverers.


• Infrequent offline meetings/telephone calls with agents if requested by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• To have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited law school / University.


• Knowledge of the Medical Laboratory Centre is desirable. 


• Must have at least three years of experience as a corporate or court lawyer.


• Ability to conduct in-depth research


• Previous experience working on employment litigation, labour law, and other employment matters would be an advantage.

Salary per Calendar Month    N100k – N200k Depending on experience and skills
