Responsibilities



  • This role will focus on growing the B2B product while balancing the needs of our Brand & Growth division to increase the overall sales in the business.  

  • As Product Manager for Enterprise sales and Brand & Growth reporting to the SVP of Product, you will be required to: 

    • Craft a compelling vision and strategy for the B2B product line, aligning with user needs and market dynamics. 

    • Define objectives, key results, and own the product roadmap for the B2B domain. 

    • Formulate hypotheses and conduct product experiments to drive objectives. 

    • Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes, making informed product decisions. 

    • Manage internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaborative partnerships. 

    • Lead cross-functional product teams, setting priorities and removing blockers. 

    • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring products address user needs effectively. 

    • Take ownership of product value and viability. 




Requirements



  • Minimum 3 years of Product Manager experience, including end-to-end product launch involvement and UX decision-making. 

  • Experience in high-growth companies, preferably within the healthcare industry. 

  • Hands-on experience in building and scaling consumer-facing products 

  • Demonstrated track record of improving product KPIs impacting revenue metrics. 

  • Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders and deliver strategic initiatives. 

  • Data-driven decision-maker with exceptional communication skills. 

  • Passionate and empathetic about our mission to transform healthcare.
