Job Description



  • The LPG Skid Supervisor who will be responsible for the development and implementation of LPG strategies and marketing plans to deliver sales growth around the retail outlets.

  • The role holder will also be responsible to supervise, coach and develop the LPG Skid Sales representatives to ensure they achieve their full potential.

  • Ensure optimized daily sales operations across the skids under supervision.

  • Generate sales leads for the Skid/DU salesmen.

  • Ensure daily inventory and account reconciliation.

  • Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies and plans across the Skids under supervision.


Responsibilities


Sales and Marketing Management:



  • Ensure Skids and DU meets and exceed sales target.

  • Ensure efficient and constant supply of product across the outlets to avoid out of stock experience.

  • Provide daily inventory report for the outlets.

  • Assist the LPG team to implement HSE policy across LPG Skids/DU through corrective actions that promote a safer work environment and eliminate hazards.

  • Report all LPG operation incidents, near misses and unsafe acts to Head of LPG and Management.

  • Supervise the maintenance of LPG equipment in the retail outlets.

  • Generate orders promptly for distribution toretails stations and third-party customers’ locations

  • Report sales, manage stock and ensure operational stock losses are greatly minimized and kept within industry acceptable standards.

  • Gather market intelligence by collecting vital information around competitor’s activities.

  • In charge of the customer service by communicating correctly any messages intended to our customers.

  • Promotion of the brand to drive sales in the retail outlets.

  • Responsible for the safe keeping of the support resources provided by the company to ensure smooth operations in the field e.g. tricycle, cylinders etc

  • Reconciliation of sales receipts and daily sales.

  • Deposit cash sales to bank


Networking & Relationship Management:



  • Maintain contact and good relationship with key customers at the retail outlets and ensure high level customer satisfaction.

  • Resolving customers delivery concerns and escalating all matters to the responsible persons.

  • Responsible for giving feedback to operations on any consumer complaints.


Other Duties:



  • Manage and develop sales opportunities within the retail outlets.

  • Perform any other duties assigned.


Requirements



  • HND / BSc

  • 1-2 years LPG sales experience.

  • Must live in Ojo or its environs.


Salary

N120,000 Monthly.
