JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyze, evaluate and implement every training need(s) of all the staff. Spear-head the appraisal of staff and advice the management on the promotion of all staff.
- Have a clear understanding of your employer's business objectives and be able to assist in devising and implementing policies that support them.
- Assist in developing job descriptions, person specifications and job adverts.
- Assist in manage the application process - check application forms, shortlist, interview, select successful candidate/s and inform unsuccessful ones.
- Work with your line manager in appointing, developing and retaining the right staff.
- Spearhead Performance Metrics Implementation by developing and implementing KPIs for work planning processes.
- Carry out employee training need analysis and drafts training plans. Development programs that enhance employee relations.
- Carry out strategy and planning activities and develop strategies to meet immediate and long-term staff requirements.
- Assist in implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
- Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
- Interpret and advise on Nigerian Labour law.
- Analyze training needs in conjunction with departmental managers and spearhead the training and development program.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or any relevant discipline.
- Post graduate degree is an advantage.
- Professional Certificate is an advantage.
