  • Surjen Healthcare is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth business processes, driving operational efficiency, and managing resources to ensure Surjen’s growth and success.

  • The Operations Manager will work closely with the leadership team and various departments to maintain high service standards while improving operational strategies.


Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee daily operations of the platform, including logistics, supply chain, customer service, and healthcare services coordination.

  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Manage relationships with hospitals, medical professionals, suppliers and other partners.

  • Monitor and analyze operational performance data to drive continuous improvement.

  • Lead, motivate and manage a team to achieve operational targets.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing and technology to align operations with business objectives.

  • Prepare reports and present insights to the leadership team for decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts and resource allocation for optimal operational performance.


Qualifications and Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare, logistics or e-commerce.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
