Job Description

• To work with the retail business group in developing & implementing sales strategies.


• Collect and analyze data on market trends and key competitors and present same.


• Assist in proposed product development in line with the bank’s policy.


• Monitor strategy implementation and carry out performance tracking for the retail group.


• Monitor branch performance to achieve desired targets on earnings, deposit and growth in customer base.


• Closely monitor the activities of the savings group both in-house & Out sourced.


• Assist in monitoring social impact of the various activities of the bank.


• Work with the TCs to achieve a successful implementation of mass marketing activities.


• Assist in organizing capacity building programs for retail and SME customers.


• Assist in periodic review of the performances of the bank’s key products & provide adequate inputs/ feedbacks that can assist the bank in product enhancement / re-engineering and development process.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
