Job Description
Job Objective
- Work involved in key recruitment activities covering recruitment analysis, recruitment administration, development of job adverts, sourcing/ headhunting, shortlisting, as well as supervising aptitude test administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Source for applicants by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, other recruiters, social media, professional networks, job boards and internet sites;
- Improving value proposition of Food Concepts PLC by maintaining rapport with other professional bodies to build talent pool for various job roles in Food Concepts PLC.
- Determine job analyses by studying job descriptions and candidates’ qualifications.
- Determine applicant qualifications by reviewing CV/Resumes; analysing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules; arrange travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews.
Educational Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in Consulting, FMCG orrelated industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Salary Range: N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly (Net)
